Our website can generally be used without providing personal data. Where personal data (e.g. name, address, or email address) is collected, this is done on a voluntary basis. Such data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

Where the processing of personal data is necessary for the use of the website, it is carried out to ensure its functionality. Further processing of personal data only takes place with your consent, unless the data processing is legally permitted and prior consent cannot be obtained for factual reasons.

2. Legal basis for processing personal data

If we obtain your consent for the processing of personal data, Article 6 of the GDPR serves as the legal basis.

3. Data deletion and storage duration

Personal data is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Storage may take place beyond this if required by legal provisions. Data will also be deleted or blocked when the legally prescribed storage period expires, unless further storage is required for contract fulfillment or conclusion.
